I had given my 1 TB Western Digital Data Recovery. Their process is very transparent and simple. All you got to do is 1. Dial up their number and ask for their availability (Just for you planning) 2. Handover your hard disk 3. Pay them a testing fee of Rs.200/- 4. They will be sending your HDD to their Adayar Lab. 5. Get your HDD back once you receive a call or mail from them. Customer service and support are good and really approachable. But I cannot speak for the quality of data recovery. They charge a nominal price (Usual market rates.) I was given a quote of Rs 10k for replacing the head and recovering data but my data was never worth that much.
